Next-generation cellular repair
Exosome Therapy
Exosomes are nano-vesicles derived from mesenchymal stem cells, carrying growth factors, proteins, and RNA directly into your cells to activate repair and reduce inflammation from within — without using whole cells.
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are nano-sized particles (30–150 nm) released by cells for intercellular communication. When derived from Mesenchymal Stem Cells, they carry concentrated growth factors and repair signals that can cross the blood-brain barrier and penetrate tissue more deeply than whole cells. This makes them uniquely suited for systemic regeneration, skin renewal, and hair restoration.
Exosome IV infusion
Derived from umbilical cord Wharton's jelly MSCs (Passage 2–4), purified via density gradient centrifugation. Administered intravenously under physician supervision.
ExoCore IV 10ml
50 Billion particlesSuited for general restoration and immune support. Approximately 60 minutes per session.
ExoCore IV 50ml
250 Billion particlesFor deep regeneration and longevity programs. Approximately 90 minutes per session.
Every session includes blood testing before and after treatment, plus a physician consultation to adjust your protocol based on results.
The longevity protocol
A cyclical protocol for sustained cellular renewal, designed by your physician based on your individual biological data.
Start with a high dose to activate the cellular repair process.
Repeat every 1–2 weeks to build and sustain results.
6–8 weeks for your body to respond and integrate.
4–6 cycles per year, fine-tuned based on your lab results each round.
Targeted exosome treatments
Exosome Skin Therapy
Exosomes delivered directly into facial skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production at the cellular level. Visible improvement within two weeks. Ideal for fine lines, dullness, and post-treatment recovery.
Exosome Hair Therapy
Growth factors delivered directly to hair follicles to stimulate new growth and halt hair loss. Can be combined with PRP or stem cell therapy for enhanced results.
Why exosomes at ARPAR
- Sourced from GMP-certified cell laboratories
- Cell-free therapy — reduced risk of immune reaction
- Deeper penetration than whole stem cells, crosses blood-brain barrier
- Physician-supervised protocol throughout your treatment

What are exosomes?
Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles naturally released by mesenchymal stem cells. They carry growth factors, anti-inflammatory cytokines, hyaluronic acid, collagen boosters, and RNA — delivering regenerative signals directly into your cells without the need for whole-cell transplant.
How soon will I see results from exosome therapy?
Days 1–7: initial anti-inflammatory response. Weeks 2–6: tissue repair begins. Months 3–6: deep cellular regeneration. 6–12 months: complete tissue remodeling. Cyclical protocols accelerate and sustain these outcomes.
Is exosome therapy different from stem cell therapy?
Yes. Stem cell therapy introduces living cells that engraft and differentiate, while exosome therapy delivers the signaling molecules that stem cells produce — offering a cell-free regenerative approach with rapid systemic distribution.
Can exosome therapy be combined with other treatments?
Absolutely. Exosome infusion is included in all ARPAR stem cell programs and pairs well with NAD+, IV therapy, and skin treatments for amplified regenerative outcomes.
